Into the future | Returning to Japan
“Come see the future.” Japan, the land of new
technology, calls to the world. Soon, we will be going to see the
future. In fact, for the next 4 years we will be living in the future – at least your future.
It’s time to return to Japan. On
July 16, we will cross the international date line, skip half a day, and
spend the next 4 years, enjoying Saturdays while you are still living
Fridays!
The kids have grown considerably
since we visited Mt. Fuji and took this picture a few years ago, but
they still remember their friends in Japan and are anxious to get
back. Of course, at the same time, we will all miss our friends and family
in America.
The plan is to live in the mission
office (north side of Tokyo
metro area) for the first year as we lay the groundwork for a new church
plant. We would certainly appreciate prayer for God’s guidance regarding
the future church plant.
